You must read, agree with and accept all of the policies and terms below (the "Rules") to join Star-Clicks.com program. "You" or "you" means the party listed on the account. You must have the authority to agree to these Rules for that party. "Star-Clicks.com" means Star-Clicks located in Belfast, Northern Ireland. By creating an account, you accept and acknowledge the following rules. Star-Clicks may modify or terminate the following rules of use at any time for any reason. We periodically update our terms to ensure their consistency with our policies and allow for addition of new features and continued improvement of our advertising solution. As always, we welcome any feedback you might have to help us make our advertising and publishing products as effective and useful as possible. In a case that we detect irregular activity of an account we may ask for a photo ID.   Common Terms   Impression (Impr.)  The number of impressions is the number of times an ad is displayed on Star-Clicks or Star- Clicks Network. Check your impressions to see how many people your ad is displayed to.   Cost-per-click (CPC)  Cost-Per-Clicks CPC is the price for each click. For Advertisers CPC means the money they pay for each click their ad receives and for Publishers CPC means the money they receive for each ad they click.   Minimum cost-per-click (minimum CPC)  The lowest amount that you are receive to click an ad.   HTML code HTML code is a method that provides Publishers more ads. Advertisers ads are distributed through PPC section and HTML code of Publishers assuring the highest quality of ad management for Advertisers. HTML Code should be placed on an online website/blog with original contents. Only Gold and Platinum members have access to HTML Code.   Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Pay-Per-Click PPC means the money Publishers receive for each click on the ads. The balance displayed in Publisher accounts shows the total amount of PPC of the Publisher.   User Account Only one account per member and per household is allowed. Any attempt to create or sign in more than one account will result in suspending all created accounts. Furthermore, no payout or refund will be made to members who create multiple accounts. This includes Silver, Gold and Platinum members. Also members with more than one account will be banned from further using Star-Clicks.com Member information is NOT shared with public or any other third party. Members can not transfer an account's balance to another account. Providing false or wrong account information will result in immediate account closure. Any attempt to misuse Star-Clicks will result in immediate account closure. Payouts are only sent to verified accounts. Members need to verify their email address and their mobile phone. Referrals Referral ID is activated after the first payout sent to the member. Members do not get paid for referrals if the referral is not activated.   Prohibited Clicks and Impressions Any method that artificially generates clicks or impressions is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to: repeated manual clicks or impressions, incentives to click or to generate impressions, using robots, iframes, automated click and impression generating tools, third-party services that generate clicks or impressions such as paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, paid-to-read, auto surf, and click-exchange programs, or any deceptive software. Please note that clicking on your own HTML code ads for any reason is prohibited, to avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs. Publishers and Use of Ads Star-Clicks will grant a percentage fee that will amount to 50% (and possibly adjusted at any time) of the amount collected by Star-Clicks in connection with each valid Click to a paid Star-Clicks Advertisements. Further, Star-Clicks will only pay a percentage fee for valid clicks as soon as and provided that Star-Clicks has received payment from its advertisers. Star-Clicks shall not be responsible for payments of the percentage fee that have not been performed if data has been lost due to hardware failure, data failure, hacker attack, fire, flood, or other reasons or events that are beyond Star-Clicks's sphere of influence.  There will be no charge for Silver members. Gold members need to pay the membership fee which is a monthly membership and can be stopped at anytime by the member, Gold members have the option to renew their accounts by paying from their balance once the membership expired. Gold members can upgrade or renew their account to Gold membership by paying from their balance. Account upgrade by balance is not available in the following countries: Iraq, Iran and North Korea. Gold membership estimate earning includes links in PPC section and HTML code. Gold members may receive more or less links than the daily estimate. Opening more than 1 Gold membership account at the same time is not allowed and will result in suspending all related accounts. Using a same Paypal account on multiple accounts counts as having multiple accounts and will result in reduced number of ads. While Auto Payout does not require providing any documents, using Payout page (to withdraw all balance at once) may require certain documents. This includes an ID such as a passport or national ID but not limited to only an ID. You can email support@star-clicks.com and ask what documents you may need to provide as this is different depending on where you live and your nationality. Silver members receive limited number of links to click, we do not guarantee the minimum number of links for Silver members. Members can withdraw only when the minimum payout threshold for the account has been reached. Auto Payout Terms Enabling "Auto Payout" option sends payouts before reaching the payout limit. Receiving Auto Payouts is subject to posting the payout proof on TrustPilot Star-Clicks page. You may not receive your next Auto Payout if you do not post the proof of your previous payout on Star-Clicks.com's TrustPilot page. Also if there is a dispute on Star-Clicks.com's TrustPilot page (https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/star-clicks.com) or other public pages of Star-Clicks.com a payout may not be issued. By working with Star-Clicks you agree that providing any misinformation or false information about the site will result in suspending your account and not being paid. If you are not happy with any part of Star-Clicks.com or the service that is provided you agree that you contact the complaint department by sending an email to complaints@star-clicks.com. Complaints must be resolved before any payout is issued. Auto Payout does not transfer all your balance at once. Auto Payout amount is maximum $10 and minimum $2. This is the auto payout amount and not the payout threshold. Auto Payout can not be requested manually. Members are responsible for providing correct information and have their details updated all time. No payout is issued to accounts with fake or ambiguous information. The member must confirm or reject an automatic payout once it is issued from the Payout History page. No further payouts will be issued if the previous payout has not been confirmed. In the event that a member declines to receive a payout after 10 attempts of communication and notification, the funds will be donated to the UK Cancer Research Charity on behalf of the member. Publishers Site Content Publisher may NOT use Star-Clicks ads with the following contents: - Violent content, racial intolerance, sexual content, or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization. - Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking on ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites, or reading emails. - Illegal content. - Content protected by copyright, unless you have the necessary legal rights to display that content. - Poor content, or sites "made for advertising". - Main language of the site must be English language. - Publisher site must have some contents, clicks on the links that appear on a page without contents will not be accepted. - Publisher page must have contents at the time of payout review and at the time of payout release. - Publishers may be required to provide their traffic sources.     Publishers Site Quality Publisher's sites must meet the following quality requirements. - No excessive HTML code  or other advertisings. Sites having 4 or more ad spots per page may be denied. - The sites may not have popup or popunders that interfere with navigation, change user preferences or start downloads. - HTML code must not be edited when pasting on the webpage. Customizing HTML code is possible by contacting support department Use of our Ads - Publisher may not display Star-Clicks ads in popups. - Publisher may not encourage users to click the ads or use click robots or clicking by same IP address. - Star-Clicks ad code may not be modified. - Star-Clicks ads may not be used with email spamming. Withdraw and Payout Release - Manual payout requests are reviewed before release - No payout or remaining balance is paid if the Publisher account is closed or suspended - Auto Payouts are sent automatically and are not reviewed - Manual payouts need up to 15 working days to be reviewed - We aim to release payouts of Gold members in 15 working days - We do not guarantee payout release time for Silver members - The commission charged by PayPal, Bitcoin (miner's fees), and bank transfers should be paid by the members. - In case a payout method is not available another method will be used to send member's payout - Withdraw is released only to accounts successfully verified their mobile verification - We may ask further documents including ID (passport photo and proof of address) before releasing your manual payout. Documents must be in English language or translated to English language - Payout by bank transfer requires providing verification documents at the time of requesting a manual payout for $50 and over. No verification is required before requesting a payout. Also, no verification is required for using Auto Payout. - Auto Payout does not require any ID verification. - Payout by bank transfer, member's country must match the bank account country. We can not send payouts by bank transfer to countries other than member's country.   Additional rules for the XML Feed - Publisher may not manipulate in any way the results provided in the feed. - Publisher may not link our ads from pictures. - Links are allowed only on the title, description and friendly URL. - Publisher may not cache the results of the feed. All queries must be real-time. Inactivity of Account Accounts remain inactive for more than 90 days will be archived and deleted in 7 days after being archived. Inactivity of an account happens when the user does not login to the account for more than 90 days.   Termination and Refund Policy Star-Clicks may terminate or suspend an account at anytime which is not respecting these rules of use. Star-Clicks may terminate an account with or without prior notice if the member fails to comply with the terms. Any use of offensive and nasty languages when contacting support staff will be subject to immediate account termination without any notice. Account cancellation and refunds may take up to 15 days and is issued only to the original method of payment. Cancellation requests must be sent to us 2 days before the expiring of the account. Upgrades with bitcoin are refundable at 50% of the amount only and will be sent to bitcoin (only if the bitcoin network fee is low) or Paypal. We can not accept a cancellation once the account is renewed or expired. Star-Clicks.com has the right to terminate any account and not to pay the balance of the account. In case of being a paid member Star-Clicks.com will refund the payment made for account upgrade. No refund is issued while there is an open dispute on TrustPilot. Accounts may be suspended if there is an open dispute on TrustPilot. If Star-Clicks.com fails to provide the member with the service as stated on the website the member can request membership cancellation and refund during the current membership, the member will need to explain the reason. Refund is issued if Star-Clicks fails to provide links both in PPC section and HTML code. Only a partial refund is issued if the member requests a refund within the membership contract period. When a refund is issued any referrer commission will be deducted from user's current balance. This is to recover the commission that was paid to the referrer. Gold membership includes clicking links in PPC section and use of HTML code on a web page or web site. No refund is issued if the member fails to click links in PPC section or work with HTML code. The daily estimate earning includes links in PPC section and HTML code. No refund is issued if the member fails to comply with the terms.  We do not process any payout if the Gold membership payment is already refunded.   Quality of Advertiser Website We do not advertise referral links of other sites, blogs with no contents or copied from other websites, adult sites, online web cam, selling illegal drugs, Facebook or other social networks profiles, hiring models, web pages that ask for money, web pages directing to other web pages. Your ad will be reviewed before adding to our network please do not submit ads in above categories.   The following products and services CANNOT be Advertised:   Illegal Sales Magnetic gas savers; hydrogen-generator gas savers, etc. Orgone generators Music, movie, or video sharing sites where unauthorized copies are available. Make money online and get rich schemes Vendors with any web site that displays unauthorized trademarks or logos. Unauthorized copies of books, e-books, or manuals. Unauthorized (pirated) copies of music recordings or movies. Reproductions of paintings by artists still protected by copyright. Websites that offer investment or any kind of profit making unless the business is verified Vendors with any web site with a domain name that infringes on a trademark or trade name. Unauthorized copies of electronic products, software, arcade games, console games, etc. Web site templates that include unauthorized copies of images, photographs or graphic files. Pornography and Adult Content Tasers, Stun Guns, Air Guns, Paint Guns, Weapons, Swords and Knives Fireworks or Pyrotechnic Devices or Supplies Star-Clicks.com will not accept vendors selling drug paraphernalia of any kind, including: Drug pipes Bong "Vaporizers" Marijuana growth enhancement products Mushroom grow kits Spores "Street Drug Alternatives" Rolling papers or rolling devices Roach clips Drug concealment devices Scales for weighing drugs Syringes "Street Drug Alternatives" Live Animals Hazardous Materials, Combustibles, Corrosives IP Advertising Programs or services designed to harvest e-mail addresses or other personal information from the Internet Services or software to post messages on multiple forums, message boards, bulletin boards, newsgroups, etc. Brands that will be rejected without documented proof of authenticity and licensing from the manufacturers include (but are not limited to): Abercrombie & Fitch; Bacccarat; BAPE; DCBG; Bottega Veneta; Burberry; Cartier; Chanel; Jimmy Choo; Chloe; Celine; Coach; Juicy Couture; Diesel; Dior; Dolce & Gabbana; DKNY; Fendi; Isabella Fiore; FUBU; Jean Paul Gaultier ; Gucci; Hermes; Marc Jacobs; Anne Klein; KORS; Lacroix; Louis Vuitton; Miu Miu; Nike; Polo; Emilio Pucci; Puma; Prada; Ralph Lauren; Nina Ricci; Ray-Ban; Rolex; Tommy Hilfiger; Versace; Victoria's Secret; Yves St Laurent   New Ad Verification All new ads are reviewed and verified before adding to the network. Ad reviewing may take few hours or up to 24 hours. Advertiser receives confirmation by email.   When the Site Will be Available We will attempt to provide the services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sometimes, however, for a number of reasons, the services may be unavailable to you. You must recognize and acknowledge that due to the nature of technology, occasional unavailability of the services cannot be avoided. Sometimes there are equipment malfunctions. At other times undertake periodic maintenance procedures or repairs. Still other times, there are causes beyond our control like power failures, interruption failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, network traffic and other occurrences. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem, just let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will make every effort to respond to all customer service inquiries within three working days. We reserve the right to reject an advertiser for any reason. These terms are subject to change at any time.
